Circuits With Lucy

With constant switching between exercises and using a mixture of Arnold’s Gym equipment, you will target all the major muscle groups in this popular 60 minute class. Lucy’s circuits provide strength and cardio training in one great session. Whether you are a complete beginner or super fit, you work to your own ability in our non-intimidating and friendly gym. Booking is not required.

 

30/30 (Spin/Circuit)

A two for one class! A 30 minute spin class followed by a 30 minute circuit. These classes will get your heart pumping during our friendly and fun spin class and sculpt those muscles during our 30 minute circuit. Designed for all abilities, the session will comprise of endurance, interval and HIIT training to help you get the most from your workout.

Booking is essential! We advise you book your bike before the day to avoid disappointment as these classes get booked up quickly!

20/20 (Spin/Circuit)

Much like our 30/30 classes, these sessions are a two for one class! 20 minute spin class, followed by a 20 minute circuit. Circuits switch between styles each week to keep you on your toes! We adapt all of our sessions to encourage all abilities, these sessions are great for the nervous novice but equally perfect for those who have a shorter, more intense effort in mind.
