Keeping fit doesn't have to be a chore! Here, at the Centre we are fortunate to be able to offer a range of activities to raise your heart rate... and they aren't limited to the gym! We have made a list of just some of the activities on offer...

Fitness Classes - Circuits and Spin Classes
Who? Open to all over the age of 16.
When? We offer a range of classes throughout the week. Check out our gym page for more information!

Roller Skating - Roller Disco
Who? Open to all ages and abilities.
When? Fridays 6pm - 8pm.
Cost? £4.00 per person +£2.00 skate hire
Interested? No need to book. Just turn up!

Netball - Leagues 4 you
Who? Open to all over 14.
When? We run North Shropshire Netball League - Winter and Summer. League games take place on a Monday nights.
Interested? Send us your contact details and we will pass them on to any teams looking for players!

Badminton - Courts Available
Who? Open to all ages and abilities.
Cost? £9.50 per court (free equipment hire).
Interested? No need to book. Just turn up!

Gym - Pay as you use or Memberships
Who? Open to all over the age of 16.
When? Mon-Fri: 5pm-10pm  /  Sat: 10am - 2pm
Cost? £3.00 pay as you use or £25.00 for the month 
Interested? Please book an induction with a member of the gym team.

A belated thank you to everyone who attended Arnold's Gym Christmas do! It was great to catch up away from the gym! We hope all of our customers had a lovely Christmas and a smashing New Year!

Our new website will be updated frequently so make sure to keep an eye out for any changes! We have a NEW GYM CLASS! Indoor Bootcamp will be replacing Outdoor Bootcamp over the winter. 6:30pm Fridays. We will be continuing our FRIDAY FRENZY! Friday nights between 6pm and 8pm. £4.00 per person to try badminton, mini-tennis, table tennis and... of course, roller skating!
